Americans Honoring Americans is a non-profit organization assisting in giving our people from the Military, Fire Fighters and Police Officers a day at the race track with a team to express our gratitude for what they have and are doing for us. The Hero will be taken into the garage and pit road area, where they will spend the day with a race team. During the day, the Hero will be taken around and shown many types of inspections that are done by officials, and then get introduced to other team members and their drivers when available. The Hero will also go out on pit road and watch qualifying races and participate in the activities that a race team goes through to prepare for a race. When the driver of the car is on the track racing, the Hero will be in the pit box area with the team watching the race and get an up close experience on how the team members service the car during pit stops. The Hero will be able to watch the entire race from pit road.
